Graham Gardner

Graham is a retired local government Director from Councils including Great Lakes, Greater Taree and Gloucester where he was involved in planning, building and environmental matters.

He acknowledges the amazing work in community services being done by the staff and volunteers of the Forster Neighbourhood Centre on very limited resources.

“I have learned quickly about the increasing demand being made on the services of the FNC given the growth in population of the local area, and both the limited availability of services here and the difficulties of transport to services elsewhere.“

He is keen to help in establishing a more permanent home for the FNC and to see the once wonderful community gardens being re-established.
“The FNC has established a deep trust in the community through its willingness to help and support those in need in our community, and I hope I can help in further development of the services.”
