Julieanne has been volunteering with Forster Neighbourhood Centre since August 2023 after completing her Diploma of Community Services at TAFE NSW.
Julieanne said “I thoroughly enjoy volunteering on the Front Desk and giving back to our local community, no two days are the same, and it is rewarding to offer people in need assistance. The team at FNC that I volunteer with are exceptional people going above and beyond to assist our community, and it is a privilege to volunteer alongside of them. Their knowledge of service providers and ability to aid those in need is inspiring”.
She enjoys travelling and exploring new places with family and has a love of nature and scrapbooking. Julieanne’s greatest joy is her family and her faith which brings peace and gratitude.
“I would recommend volunteering to anyone who has the time, as it is personally very rewarding” said Julieanne.
