In between jobs, Eileen attended Tuncurry Tafe, did Business Admin Certificate 111 and received a distinction.
With the encouragement of her teachers to carry on, Eileen decided to study Information Technology both Certificate 11 & 111, which was very intense, and took a full year!
As part of the FNC team, Eileen role is in administration for clients who need help with their electricity bills (EAPA) and Telstra vouchers, also Work and Development Orders (WDOs), Other tasks are keeping data records of our clients for Emergency Relief, EAPA, Telstra and WDOs. She was also part of the ‘Be Connected’ team training clients with their tablet and mobile phones, which she found very enjoyable.
